This location is always clean, staff always helpful and courteous and I have never seen them not go out of their way to make sure customers are satisfied. Facility is large so no real over crowding with lots of machines available for use.
I really enjoyed working with Clayton Wood. He was so helpful and understanding of how stressed out I was with this being my first house and was willing and quick to respond to my 800 stupid questions. I would definitely recommend GMFS to anyone I know looking to get a mortgage loan. THANKS AGAIN, CLAYTON AND GMFS!

I would not recommend this company to anyone. Our closing has been delayed over 6 weeks because of multiple members of the company dropping the ball. Katherine and A'netra both will not return calls and promise things have been done or sent when they have not. If you want a quick and worry free closing do not go here due to the most unprofessional group I have dealt with for a closing.
We worked with Julie Nichols and her team on two home purchases this year and I have to say that she is just awesome to work with! Both properties were multi-structure and difficult to appraise & get comps for; the first purchase fell through after 3 months of work because the appraisal & comps didn't match the seller's value of the property. The second took 2 months of work but went through and we now own a little ranch in the country! Julie worked tirelessly and directly with our realtor, their realtor, the county tax appraisal district office, and anyone else we thought could help along the way. You know the old motto "give 110%"? Those 110%-ers look lazy next to Julie and her GMFS Mortgage team!

I used this clearners for the 1st time being my husband had been taking his clothes there for about a year. They ruined a pair of tights that cost me $90. I brought them in to get the zipper replaced after it came off the track. The hardware and zipper on the tights were gun metal, very close to dark gray/black. When I picked them up, they replaced the hidden zipper with a bright gold zipper that didn't hide. I should have known they didn't care about service at this point, but I allowed them to correct this mess. After they replaced the gold zipper with a black hide away I was satisfied until I attempted to wear them. Apparently, they stitched the zipper off seam and there's a bunched up area of thread to the side of the original seam. This look horrible and tacky. After discovering this, I brought the pant in only to wait outside of the store for 20 minutes because the store keeper was running an errand. Anyway, when she returned she was EXTREMELY rude and blamed the condition on the designer. She was unreceptive and began to act like she didn't understand me. I asked if she was the owner and she said no.. Later on she said she was the owner. I'm not sure which is true, but what I do know is their manner of conducting business is very bad. I paid $90+tax for the tights from BeBe so they're not cheap tights. Please don't trust these people with your clothing. They are rude, unprofessional, lack understand, and will not take ownership for their mistakes.

If I could give a "0" I would. The cleaners damaged a Ralph Lauren classic button down shirt, it had holes in the back of the arm and the bottom of the shirt after being pressed. Another Ralph Lauren cotton classic shirt was stained in blue stains from the collar all the way down the front of the shirt. They tried to say it happened because he works outside, but he doesn't work outside at all, he works indoors. Then they said sometimes they can't get stains out and the cleaners they use don't get everything out. So a second person tried to speak and he said he wasn't the person that took in the clothing originally so he couldn't say if we were right. Well we wasn't bringing clothes to the cleaners with holes in it. What made me write this review was they never apologized, never acknowledged wrong doing and never tried to refund the dry cleaning cost which was 6 shirts, and never tried to reimburse for the damaged merchandise. Using Smart Cleaners is not a smart decision.
