If i could give zero stars I would. I was mortified at the customer service and cannot for the life of me understand why anyone would deal with Ronnie Ruffino and his horrible attitude and way of running a business. I was assigned this company by warranty company to fix my fridge that is no longer cooling. They came out within a decent enough time and said that they had to order the part. I was informed 4 days later by my warranty company that the part was in and I should be getting contacted shortly to set up a service appointment. I never hear from Sherwood so I call myself and get advised that he doesn't know the service department is at lunch and someone would call me back. Days go by and nothing...I try calling multiple times and get no answer and the vm service does not work. I finally get a hold of someone today and was advised that they had me scheduled for the next day and was gonna call me this evening to advise of that. How can you just expect to show up at someones house and expect them to be there. I told them that I would be out of town and Monday would be the next day since they are closed on Sunday. I received the rudest response ever!!! and asked to speak with Ronnie with was a huge mistake I have never spoken to someone so unprofessional in my life. He had no excuse for his companies horrible handling of my claim and just told me to use someone else. So now because of this horrible company I have been two weeks without a working fridge and have to have my warranty company assign someone else completely . STAY AWAY!!!! IF YOUR WARRANTY ASSIGNS THEM ASK FOR SOMEONE ELSE!!!!!
We were supposed to have one of our appliances fixed last Friday. They called Thursday and said they wouldn't be able to fix it until next Tuesday due to yhe flooding in Baton Rouge and people needing help. Fine. Fast forward to Tuesday, Sept 6. Our appointment day. Did anyone show up? NO. Did anyone bother to call us to say "we're on our way" or "we have a schedule issue"? NO. Awful customer service. We've been without a dryer for a week. Don't tell people you'll be at their place on a certain day then don't even bother to show up or call. It takes some nerve to make people miss work waiting for your business to show up and you never do.
Absolutely the WORST service we've ever experienced. Inept from top to bottom. Service person sent to us 3 x and didn't fix problem...absolutely incompetent. Did management care? Not in the least. Run away from this place as fast as you can. Nitwits.
Warning...This place is a joke. Their "serivce" department is terrible.I have an extended warranty and called for repairs. this is the place they set me up with. I had a call scheduled for 4-6-16. No one showed up or called me. When I called and asked why no one showed up, they said they were waiting for parts. They have not even looked at my refrigerator yet and are ordering parts. A week later the parts come in and I had to wait another week for service. They never showed again. This time I received a phone call saying their truck broke down. Ok I understand that happens but I had to call to get them to reschedule. When they finally show up, their "technician" was there for 10 minutes. He changed a part and said to give it 3 to 4 hours. I gave it 6 hrs and it still was not working. I called their number and left a message. I received a call back quickly from a man who was rude to say the least. He was absolutely no help and told me I had to wait 24 hrs before they would do anything.
Sherwood TV repairmen are the biggest jerks!! Men don’t let them service your appliance when your wife is home alone. Very rude, condescending and threating. I highly recommend that you NEVER shop or use their repair service.
this is a joke! a bunch of bozo working together!wrong place to shop for your money! you will get an answer in reality this and that! now a day we have more places to get a better services than this Sherwood tv&appl. trust your instinct!
Absolutely HORRIBLE experience. I will never recommend and will post as many bad reviews about Madison TV in Baton Rouge (just to make sure you all know which one I'm talking about) as possible. They charged me for a service and repair that never fixed the set. They continued to lie and make up excuses as to why they didn't respond to messages left on their answering machine. To you Mr. Madison: You should have manned up and refunded my money for the service you never completed. What you did was wrong and deceitful.
