I don't ship things often. I had left my box not taped, just to make sure. They charged me $2 or $3 for a small piece of tape, and she was a real B about it too. Very unfriendly! She made me feel like I had inconvenienced her even though I paid her $2 for a piece of tape because I didn't have time to drive around to another UPS carrier. It wasn't until after she taped my box that I noticed the ugly sign saying that they can't afford to tape up people's boxes so they will charge a fee. You see, I had always gone to official UPS stores where they will tape up your box with a smile. This lady is just contracted to do UPS business. I'll stick to the store downtown from now on; they are much friendlier there.
Scott and Tom are simply the BEST. They have gone out of their way to meet a shipping deadline for me. They packed and shipped a large palette of artwork to Colorado and it arrived in perfect condition. When it was unpacked the comments were "we have never seen a shipment so nicely packed"! I can't recommend them more highly ... 10 stars!!!!
Saw on YP app and in store that Notary done here. The young man working this morning informed me that Notary not done here. If this store is not going to provide a service, please stop advertising that you do.
We are a moving service that relies on Baton Rouge Packaging for all of our supplies. Scott and Tom are always nice and professional and tend to our every need, even when we need odd size boxes! We have been using them for over 7 years!Cheryl Frager, Owner Smooth Transitions
I am happy with my transaction's at Baton Rouge Packaging on the items I sent a couple weeks ago. They have an awesome pricing and shipping was fast. My friend was very pleased on how they package was carefully done. I didn't have a box for a FULL EXHAUST of a WRX, but they were the ones who boxed and handled it. I definitely recommend this place and their staff! 'Till my next shipment!
If there were any ratings less than 1star I would definitely use it. This has to be the worst company with the lack of ambition and intent on satisfying customers. Through any means necessary I would use DHL, UPS, or USPS. Whenever I'm expecting a delivery from Fedex I don't even look at the estimated delivery date because I know it won't be delivered or received unless I go there to pick it up. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE service I just wish corporate would hAndle this since this is one of few of the locations located in Baton Rouge
This is the worst excuse for a delivery service, I have ever experienced. They say my packages from huge retailers have the wrong address. I have actually caught a driver leaving with my package outside my home. He said it was not my package, and was the wrong address. But it was my name and the correct address on the package. I just read the other reviews listing the same problems. I will be contacting the vendors using this service. FedEx services are now contracted out to local trucking companies. This Baton Rouge service is a joke. I cannot even get through to anyone, who even cares about customer service. If the USPS and UPS can get it right most of the time, FedEx should be able to as well.
Every time they are to deliver a package to my home, well they say its the wrong address. The address is not wrong it is the driver. They do it so often I am sick of getting my packages 2 to 4 days late and not like I have nothing better to do than wait on them so I can sign for the package that they do not take the time to bring it up my driveway. What a concept there, delivering a package. I think your drivers should be rated on how many packages they come back with each day and dock it from their pay. Bet that would get more delivered instead of saying oh well I am done for today. I live 3 hours round trip from the Baton Rouge office but they want me to come into the office to pick up packages. That is there solution so the driver does not have to drive down my drive. Poor business.
always friendly and courteous
