Not sure where to start. From the moment we started talking to the moment I took delivery of my car I was never treated like a customer, but more like a family member. My sales rep was fantastic and made this purchase so pleasant. I forgot his name but really good customer services. I just had to write a review because this is so rare in the car industry and this team stands out and made me feel comfortable. They actually strive for your satisfaction and it definitely shows it 100%.

Chad was my salesman, I was overwhelmed with buying a car on my own for the first time but he guided me through the whole process.

Carlos was nice, But the Town and Country mini van we test drove had a transmission code come up on the diagnostic test! Sadly some other salesman came out and tells me there is no code showing in a very condescending manner.... Simply not true! His attitude ran us right off the lot! Then the owner tries to explain what happened which he was also rude...Typical Used Car Salesman mentality shined bright! WOW, I almost forgot about the marijuana seeds on the floor mat! And they said its a family member, the grandfathers van no less!

I purchased a vehicle & with in a wk it stop running I only have him half the money thank God if I would have given him all I would be was out I've contacted him about fixing vehicle or getting money bck but no response he said he get a mechanics two look @ it but I've have n't heard from him. He said we both took a list I believe he new the car was a lemon & he wanted me2 still pay for car shady business I never refer any1 I see why ppl break in his Carlot shady business.

These people is what gives used car dealers a bad name. I will never buy from this dealer again. They took advantage of a young couple that had recently flooded and had lost everything. No conscience what so ever. Despicable to say the least.

Very nice people to deal with. Honest not pushy sales people. Reasonable prices. Great experience overall, will return in the future.
