My experience with AT&T this afternoon was absolutely unreal! The store manager at the time was very rude, unprofessional and ignorant at the same time. My mother kept addressing him questions concerning the poor quality service we've been receiving over the past month, and that we were basically receiving promises that were never done. She also asked why was there a new account made in her name when we specifically asked them numerous times to only modify an existing account. In response to her concern, he kept saying to her, "You're asking the wrong questions...." And continued to insult her. When I expressed how displeased we were and that we would like everything canceled, he said, "We'll cancel it. I'm asking you to leave or I will call the police!" I was so outdone. I'm going to report this incident to corporate headquarters because the way in which the manager spoke to us was insulting and provocative and he purposely did this so that he could find a lame excuse to call the police instead of fix the issue with our account. We have been with AT&T for the longest (at least 10 years as a family) and this is how we are being treated at this location--absolutely unacceptable!!
Terrible experience on O'Neal location. I was charged $398.47.. Talked to a manager today will talk to corporate tomorrow. I'm disgusted what Eric done to me.

The worst service experience I've had. I got my Samsung Galaxy S6 screen replaced which was quoted to me to take max 1 1/2 hours and it took two days. He did not call me to let me know that it was going to take an extra day because the first screen didn't work. There was no one at the kiosk to offer service so I waited for 30 minutes. I was given an iPhone for the day with a charger. I went back the next day and to 'make up' for taking forever he offered to put a silicon screen protector on it for free so I agreed. It took him 30 minutes to do it because he continuously messed it up and then he get alcohol in my phone in the process so not it is buggy. I will not be returning and I would not recommend anyone to come here.
Dude this place really did my wife and I bad... The manager Will seemed to be trying help us out but overall the place really screwed us. We brought my wife's I phone 5c in for what should have been a simple repair to the charging port. They changed the charging port but when she returned home she realized the screen had been cracked and her speaker no longer worked. I personally went back there and spoke with them and they were kind enough to change screen and repair speaker... After all of this we returned home to find the phone would show it was charging but was actually going down in percentage. We returned once again to be told it was a problem with the mother board. To make an even longer story short we left the phone with them for a week only to receive it back in the same condition! I spent seventy dollars and received twenty back and a broken phone! I will never be using in and out again the service is horrible and their so called technicians need more training.
