I bought a brand new mower from an out of town dealer and needed warranty work performed. I was told over the phone that they don't work on equipment that wasn't bought from them. The dealer I bought it through called them and was told them same thing. I contacted Husqvarna and was told that by contract they are required to do service on any equipment regardless of where it was purchased. I was also told that the Husqvarna Corporate office will be calling Central Outdoor Power Sales about this.

Several years ago I bought a 54” John Deere ZTR. I had nothing but problems with this machine from day one. The John Deere dealer was at best pitiful and Briggs and Stratton customer service was worse. I took the machine to Ivy’s and when the guy was taking the machine off my trailer he told me what was wrong with it. This mower didn’t run this good when it was new. Well Done!
"We only work on Briggs and Stratton." I needed my carb cleaned, but apparently any engine besides Briggs is out of their league.
Knowledgeable, competent, polite, customer friendly. I got a Great Deal on an awesome "Used" mower. I wasn't looking to buy but when I went in for parts for the old mower I got the trade I wanted. I bought on the spot! Super People!
I'm very glad that I checked Ivy's before I made a big purchase - ( 42" in. Zero turn mower.) Saved a good bit and these people are very accommodating and pleasant to do business with.
