This is by far one of the most frustrating experiences I have had with a clinic/doctor's office. My child has been sick for weeks and the have pretty much refused to help. Since the issue is a continuation of a problem that has went on for the past 6 weeks I am even more frustrated because the response is constantly "Would you like to schedule an appointment?" The issue is that they want to keep you rolling in so that they can continue to bill the insurance. In my opinion, my child having a recurring fever for 6 weeks that starts off at 101 and shoots up to 104F constitutes an emergency and since waiting for 6 weeks for help from this office, I think that I shouldn't have to have my call returned but rather speak to someone within a few moments. Me taking off work once a week when his fever shoots up isn't an option that many parents can afford to take so until we actually saw a doctor instead of a nurse we were not even aware of the fact that the secondary issue was a virus. My son had been diagnosed with a bad ear infection a few days after he had been seen at this office. Although it is possible but unlikely that an ear infection could get this bad over 2-3 days this means that they completely missed this even with the high fever at the time. Some of the staff, especially the "office manager" continues to show their incompetence and lack of regard for child safety.
The wait time was absolutely rediculous! You would be seen faster at an after hours clinic.
I went here for a work-related injury as an emergency visit. I needed to have some blood tests done. The lady at the front quoted me an amount, and I agreed to go forward with getting the tests done. When I was finished, the lady in the front asked me to pay a different amount than what was quoted. On top of that, I was sent a separate lab bill from the lab company who runs the tests. No one at Core told me that I would have a separate charge from the lab, let alone that it would $469 on top of my visit fee. If there is a separate lab charge, these people need to tell you all the charges up front. The front desk does not seem to know what they are doing. This is not how you do business with patients. It is dishonest to not give the patient all the fees up front. If I had known all this, I would have just gone to my regular doctor. Save yourself the hassle and expense and go to someone you can trust.

This place is amazing. It's a resident's clinic so you may not see the same physician each time but they are so thorough. The wait is hardly ever long at all and the staff is exceptional!
