The manager of this auto center would not honor my warranty when replacing my flat tire; not once, but twice. The first, the tire was purchased at a different Wal-Mart store. I asked the manager to look up the warranty information and she did find it, but said it was on a different tire. I insisted she call the Wal-Mart where the tire was purchased; she told me she couldn't dial long distance. Finally she said that i would have to replace the tire where i purchased it from. A few months later, the replacment tire i purchased had a flat. This time I was told that she couldn't find my car on file, only my name and because of that i couldn't use my warranty. ...I am DONE with Wal-Mart auto service and i will be filing a complaint with their corporate office.

Horrible customer service! Went there because I wanted to make a fabric purchase and it's the only one in my area that has the fabric department. Lot of good it did when there's nobody to cut it for you! Over half an hour waiting for someone and nobody came. I'll just go to my usual O'Neal Lane Walmart next time, and get my fabrics at a store that cares about its customers.

I've shopped at this WalMart from the day they opened their doors for business over a decade ago. While I'll admit there have been a few less than friendly employees in all that time, there have been far, far more friendly and helpful ones. (Sadly, any time you have a gathering of human beings, you will have some that are rotten apples. It's just a fact of life.) Six years back, when my mother first became ill and had to be hospitalized, I barely made it inside before about a half dozen employees had rushed over to ask what was wrong since she wasn't with me! (There are still a few who remember her and will say how much they miss her when they see me!) I have shopped other WalMarts in the area and always been disappointed with not only the customer service but the selection of merchandise compared to this one. This one also seems to have a lot more mark downs of random merchandise than others I've shopped at which is truly appreciated on a fixed income. A couple of times, I've ended up returning items for a refund and never had any problems doing so. All in all, I'd highly recommend this WalMart for those who may live half-way between two and not sure which to choose.

Went to Walmart yesterday O'neal Lane to exchange items. The shorts I had weren't from Walmart. (my mistake) They were in a bag, Customer Service lady (white) threw it away. I asked her for a bag to put the shorts back in. She did NOT want to give me a bag, eventhough I had other items in the shopping cart I was going to buy,so her not wanting to give me a bag doesn't make sense. She was rude, so very rude. I told her to give me back the bag she threw away. Then I bought a small fan. She put that in a bag, which wasn't necessary. I almost gave it back to her saying obviously she needed it more than I did. I will NEVER shop at that location again. I mean, REALLY???? A shopping bag??? Everyone I talk to about that lady, says she's so RUDE!!!! No, I didn't get her name. She's white, over weight and older.

2 times i waited in the sporti...

2 times i waited in the sporting good department for over 30 minutes after a call had been made for help. no one ever came. another time within the same week a worker from auto made an attempt to find someone to come open the locked case and she could find no one in the store with a key. i eventually left again after waiting fro over 30 minutes. just a shame that management is not paying attention to whats happening within the store
