This business should be named Errors R Us or Arrogant Snafu Notary. I always caught their errors promptly. Last time there, however, I did not. I paid and noticed the errors later. Upon calling the errors to their attention, was I offered apology? Were corrections made? Was money refunded? Not hardly. Instead the lady in charge, Dajuana Moore, blamed me for not noticing their errors before I accepted the documents, which were based on complete and accurate information I provided.
I'm 62 and tired of being told I have to present age ID for purchases that are only for people 21 and over. The Hi Nabor policy of allowing cashiers to ID everyone, no matter how old they look, is an invasion of privacy, a hassle and just plain unreasonable. And then if you don't present the ID, they refuse you service. That makes it much more of a hassle. AND TOTALLY UNNECESSARY. The cashiers do not need to see where I live, my height, weight, and most of all my Dr. Lic. number. They only need to look at me to tell I am over 21. To Hi Nabor management how to you justify making me show my ID? If you agree with me, please let management know they should change this policy. Thanks
