If I could give no stars I would; Dr. Vinci bashed my orthodontist telling me she wasn't a licensed orthodontist then told me not to tell anyone. I ignored his personality and lack of professionalism against my better judgement. When I tried to schedule my surgery for the following week I was told they see many patients that are in pain and they are more important than me. It was all quite laughable. I left and decide to never have dealings again with them again. Until they decided to send me a bill 2 years later; then she had the nerve to call me and even admitted i had three insurances that they never tried to bill. The Office staff is pathetic. The doctor is pathetic. The whole experience was sad. Please please please go else where.

He ruined my son's bottom teeth while surgically removing his wisdom teeth.

They billed me years after my visit and when I argued about the bill they sent it to collections! Please never go to this doctor. Also after getting other opinions in Baton Rouge found out that I did not need any surgery at all! Please stay away from this terrible place.

They were extremely late to all my appointments. I always had to wait over an hour for them to show up. I couldn't believe how much pain I experienced after my appointment. I was in agony for days that I know could've been avoided. I was very surprised that they didn't want to answer my questions at all. In fact, they just ignored all of my questions. They were the rudest people I have ever dealt with. Very condescending.
