I am from the Assumption Parish area; I use to be able to get up at 4:30 am pick up my paper in the driveway and sit down with a cup of coffee and read the paper. That seldom happens any more. Now the paper is often late or not delivered. We average at least one skipped day per week. When it is delivered, it is usually late. We didn't receive Saturday's or Sunday's paper this week, plus he skipped one day during the week. It is getting where I am about to cancel.
The guy who used to deliver was great, why did you let him get away. I knew he was frustrated with paper not being delivered to him on time, which did caused him to occasionally missed. That may have happened once every 6 to 8 weeks. This new guy is terrible, he misses at least once a week, sometime twice. Ready To Cancel.

Terrible customer service. Paper is always not delivered or missing parts. They give a credit you can never use.
