Brought my rifle to David Reynerson on 12/15/15 for him to check out because it was not grouping well at all. Approx. 1/10/16 I spoke with David to see if he had looked at it and he stated to me he had not. After repeatedly calling his business and his employees screening all calls to speak with him through Feb and part of March I decided to attempt one more call and was asked who I was what was my nature for wanting to speak with him. All I was told was my gun had not been looked at. In no way was I rude with his employees on the phone and no one deserve's to be treated like that when they bring in a gun for work. I decided 3 months was enough so I picked my gun up on 3/15/16. Three months to the day and Reynerson's didnt even have the courtesy nor proffessionalism to return my calls to discuss this with me after several messages for him to please call me. Not one call from David. He may be a good gunsmith but as far as a customer service his shop rates poorly..
I brought 3 guns in to have work done. 2 had to be reblued. They said it would take two weeks. After waiting 3 months I went to pick up. They had deep scratches on the barrel that was put on after they had blued the barrel. They left salt in the chamber. The finish was the worst I've seen on both guns. I told them I was not satisfied they said I still had to pay full amount over 500.00 dollars. Never again they must make there money on one timers. I will never bring anything back to them neither will anyone I know. They were extremely rude. I just don't understand how they stay in business???

I'm an owner of several dozen guns and took 2 into Reynerson's for repair. One of them was a KFC over/under that was not firing from the lower barrel and the stock not seated. The gunsmith said he'd never seen this model and would love to work on it. After a few weeks, they called and said the gun needed a part they couldn't find and they put the gun back together. When I picked it up today I was charged $160.00 for cleaning the barrels and waxing the stocks.....the lower barrel still doesn't fire and the stock is still mismatched. I never authorized an additional work only the stock and barrel not firing....both of which they did not repair. I'll NEVER take another gun to them and hopefully others will follow suit.
