AMAZING is the best word to describe Ramnick and the beautiful engagement ring he designed for me!!! He was SO patient with me from the very start, Ramnick was knowledgeable without being snobby, and always showed myself and my fiance the utmost respect and kindness. First rate service. Ramnick researched and ordered a diamond in for me to inspect. The diamond was gorgeous and at a very reasonable price. I traveled from home and after I decided to purchase the stone. Ramnick had the diamond perfectly set in a mount and I drove away in 24 hours with my beautiful ring. First class service!

What a wonderful experience! Romnick ordered several sets of diamonds for earrings in
different price ranges.We decided on a pair and had them set in the setting.Two weeks later ,I changed my mind and he happily replaced them with another pair.He ordered the new stud settings overnight and had them set the next day! If you are looking for a diamond, Ramnik is your guy. I will start off by saying, I am extremely hard to please. He was patient, kind and understanding of exactly what I was wanting, to say the least. I worked with Ramnik for nearly a year to find the perfect diamond/ engagement ring. Countless times he brought in single diamonds from all around the world just for me to view. I thought I was knowledgeable about diamonds before my experience with Ramnik but he taught me how to get the biggest bang for my buck. After finding the perfect diamond it was time to build the ring. When discussing the timeless look of the ring that I was looking for, he had computer generated images for me to view. After the ring was to my satisfaction, Ramnik also had a cast of the ring made incase the ring was ever lost/stolen or if I wanted to add a band that matched exact. Needless to say, I thank him for his time, effort and the wonderful experience. I know my fiancé thanks him even more. People save your money and stay out of the chain jewelry stores. Ramnik was great throughout the whole process. He worked with my budget, and he had the ring sized for me and boxed up in 3 days. The original size I told him was too big, but he re-sized it for me again with no problems. I had the ring back in 3 days.
