I am so disappointed with the negative reviews I have read about this business. I have known Mr. Perkins for more than 15 years and I have used his services multiple times. I was always treated with respect and found Mr. Perkins to be very pleasant, honest and knowledgeable about the limousine rentals as well as the formals. He offered helpful suggestions that assisted me in making the right decision for the occasion. His staff was very nice and friendly. Classic is the only service I have used over the past years and because of a job well done, I will continue to use them. #1 service!!

These reviews are customers. Who has came into our store Dis-respectfully and refused to obey are respect our company Rules and Policies. We operate no different then any other Business with Rules and guidelines to be respected.
Simple you return our Product late you loose your Deposit . No different then returning a rental car late etc.
Most of these Customers are people ; we perfer; not to deal with . As a Businessman yes it hurts ; to read these one sided untrue told stories . But God is the only one; that can Judge us and 21 years later . Classic is still growing and counting and I am Bless .

I strongly advise that you do not do business with this man. He is a liar, very rude,disrespectful to his customers and never in the store. He has no customer service skills at all. My daughter and son in law used him recently for their wedding. They rented the tuxedos and a limo. The entire experience was horrible. Some of the wedding party was from out of town and those in town would go to the store during normal business hours to get fitted and the store would be closed. The day before the wedding there was an issue regarding a couple of the groomsmen who were measured late and having to pay a late fee before they could get their tux (as i stated before he was never in the store during business hours). He was charging one of the groomsmen a late fee when the groomsmen was going by the paperwork and was not advised or made aware that he was late when he was fitted. The groom happened to be in the store at the time and was trying to explain to the lady that he now has working with him that there was 2 groomsmen that were fitted late but the one in the store at the time was not one. The groom called Ronnie and was trying to explain. Ronnie cursed the groom out and told him he would shut everything down dealing with the wedding and told him to get out of his store. On the day of the wedding the best man's sole came of the his shoe that was rented from Ronnie's establishment. The wedding was held up to wait for shoes for the best man. At the reception the father of the bride and the mini groom's sole came apart from their shoes. He had the audacity to state that the shoes were new. This guy is a joke. I don't usually give reviews but i felt the need because i don't want to see any other bride and groom have one of the most important times in their lives to be ruined with the experience that my daughter and son in law had to endure with trying to support a black owned business. I am not stating all are bad but i strongly advise that you not use this one.
This was one of the most worse experience of getting a rental I have ever experienced the owner has a nasty attitude we three different sets up people with the same party arrived to pick up the rentals at 2 3 and 4 o'clock we all left at 7 and reversal started at 5 then once we tries everything on they fit when they brought everything from the back thinking that everything was straight cause we just tried them on get to wedding some people vest were different shoes was wrong never apologized for the lateness and all he was worried about worried about was his cufflinks which no one used sad case for a tuxedo rental hope who ever goes there next read the reviews like we should have so sad for a supposed black owned businesses!!!!!
This place made planning my wedding pure Hell. Not only is Ronnie a Rip off & a con artist but he also has the most stinking attitude not only to his customers but to his staff as well. I felt so sorry for the ladies having to deal with him. I called once to find out if my girls dresses were in & he went on this big rant telling me do not call his shop, he will call me when my things are ready. First off I never knew it was a crime to call & make sure everything is in place for your wedding day, as a Bride you want to make sure things are in order but with this company they act like you should not call them. Not to mention anytime you call about your balance or the price of something no one can answer your question unless they talk to Ronnie first, goes to show you he's a rip off & makes up his prices it's just poor customer service all the way around the boarder. To top it off on my wedding day the Limo ran hot twice the driver had to stop & put water. What Bride wants to spend her wedding day worrying about will the Limo make it to the Venue or not. Just pure Hell, take it from me save yourself the stress because dealing with this company will have you totally stresses out! Not to mention the guys returned their tux the Monday after the wedding & are still waiting to receive their deposits back I guess they can forget about it. All around Bad Service I wouldn't recommend them to my worse enemy on her wedding.
Horrible Customer Service! The whole staff is rude and doesn't know how to speak to someone with respect. I called and talked to Ronnie & he is so disrespectful and not understanding. They give black owned businesses a bad name. I will never recommend this place to anyone and will not go back! They are the lowest of the barrel and are not worth the time or money. Then he wants to comment here saying let his growth speak for its self?!.. Please!! The only reason you have business is because people don't know better and you (Ronnie) put on a nice guy front to get the money then you act like an unreasonable jerk. I mean who yells at their customer and catches an attitude.
I recently contracted This company for my nephew's prom. After reading some of the reviews, I was extremely nervous! But my entire experience was very pleasant. Each time I went in the boutique, they were very courteous... And patient! My nephew's tux was nice and sharp, the limo showed up early, functioned properly, etc. The driver was also really nice. Thank you Classic Bridal for making this, in his own words, "the best night of his life!"
Had a wonderful experience with the Classic Bridal staff. Everyone was professional and handled all of my affairs in a timely manner as well as made sure everything was to my satisfaction. The owner Mr. Perkins went out of his way for myself & my family. Will use this business for all my Formal & Limousine events. I highly recommend this company.
Amazing to read such reviews. I am hurt and astounded to read these one sided reviews. But ,we live in a world of Freedom of speech , anyone can write are say whatever they choose about anyone. But, I PRIDE myself to Great Customer service to the up most. My 23 years stability and growth speaks for my love and passion for my customer's and business. I value all my customer's for contining growth, this is how, I continue to count my years from 1991 to 2013 still counting. I have served genration's of families from Mother's to Daughter's. All the services ,that we provide is always in writing for BRIDAL/TUXEDO/LIMOUSINE SERVICE, we provide no verbal services to no one. Deposit policies are simple and outlined. We require a $25 Tuxedo (Refundable Security Deposit ) on all Tuxedo Rentals and a $150 (Refundable Security Deposit) on Bride's (FREE WEDDING GOWN) Dress Rental. All Rented Merchandise Tuxedo/Dress Rentals etc. are due back into our store on Monday following the weekend of use by 5:00pm no later than our closing time at 6:00pm. Obivously, we have maintain these Customer's Security Deposit for the following Store Policy reasons:
Tuxedo was returned late ,not as agreed by due date,Pants were Damage by Wearing Sacky Pants, Missing Cuff Link , Missing Vest and/or Tie/Bow Tie or Cigarette burns on pants or coat etc. These are item, we get charge for and have to replace. All of this adds up to cost especially over a month are a year on going. Bride FREE Wedding Dress Refund is normally kept and not Paid/Refunded, when the Bride brings back a $1,200 to $2,000 plus Cost FREE BRIDAL WEDDING GOWN ,we gave to her completly FREE at NO CHARGE including FREE ALTERATION , that's being returned with Grease, OIL STINGS, RIPPED , are just returned a, if it came from a Horse Show and/or Drag Race etc. which may have, caused them to lose their FREE Wedding Dress Security Deposit. What they don't understand ,is that we are being charged by our supplier and that we are running a business, and we are responsible to our Wholesale Supplier for returning their Product back in Good standing. Otherwise, they charges us for every item and in most cases , we loose the account for too many bad returns. (It's like a charge off account) Bottom line, these are customer's that don't want to take resopnible for their action. But, they want to feel that ,we have taken their money. Example: If you Rent a Movie and Damage it , just cause you returned it ,you still have to pay for it. So, they get mad and up set and it resorts to this. But, we love and value all of our ciustomer's and we gratfully appreciate everyone's business to the upmost and I persoanlly apologize to all of you . As we continuely strive to provide the Best in service. I Thank you dearly for your Business. Again I apologize
If you are looking for a place that actually cares and takes pride in your wedding day please run and keep looking. I normally don't take the time to do reviews but this place is the worst. The owner, Ronnie should really be an actor; he pretends to be so nice and caring at first but when your money is paid and it gets closer to your date and its too late to go with another company he becomes rude and disrespectful. I bought my wedding gown here and we rented everything else; it was to horrible to even explain; everything that could go wrong did plus dealing with attitudes from everyone there.
Also even if you follow all the rules you will never get a deposit back. I am still waiting on my &150.00 deposit. It has been 8 months they are still "too busy to pull your file" or "Ronnie is the only one who can give you your deposit back" or my favorite "let me take your name and number he'll call you when he gets in"
I give up but PLEASE take your money and time elsewhere!! He also likes to play the race card. I do support all small businesses no matter what race the owner is, but I work too hard to be scammed.
TERRIBLE PLACE..Ronnie is a two faced liar. He was SOO nice at first and then after my bridesmaids put their deposit down he changed.. two bridesmaids picked up their dresses already and when the third one went in he decided to mark up the prices and told my bridesmaid I owed an additional amount on all the dresses (even on the first two who had receipts saying paid in full !) He claimed he had to do a rush order on them but when I ordered them there was no mention of rush order and was told they would be in on time..He lied about being able to get them in on time because Bridal Boutique could get them on time and he knew Id go there so he just rushed them and decided to stick me with the price without my knowledge..The final price ended up being way more than Bridal Boutique I would have definitely gone there had we discussed it and so he lied..when i went in there he yelled and would not let me say a word..kept rudely interrupting and then wouldnt take check or card because in his own words he said too many customers are pissed off when they leave and cancel transaction or check..stop pissing customers off then !!..save your time and money this guy is a fraud..go elsewhere he will rip you off one way or the other
Don't waste your time dealing with the crook that owns this business!! There is a reason they only take cash!! Your tux size will be wrong and you will be treated like crap. Unless of course you are just renting a tux for prom! Don't add extra wedding stress by using this crooked business!
This place provides probably the WORST service imaginable on the management side. The owner is a rude and disrespectful person. He was nice and FAKE the first time we met and the day before the wedding all of that changed. The wrong color ties were ordered, one of my groomsmens shirts was stained, some of the threads were snagged in a few of the vests, the two junior groomsmen were supposed to have bow ties and the shirts to accommodate them, but received two regular ties of the wrong color with shirts that go with bow ties, the Limo driver was just a general weirdo and was throwing up in the bathroom at the reception. After all this went wrong excluding the limo driver, the owner "Ronnie" tried to place the blame on us and was constantly claiming they didn't screw up when they did. I went to Ronnie just to confirm the number of ties that he was ordering to replace the wrong ones and a general time they might be in, his response, "We have already been over this, let's stop moving backward and move forward". That is a sorry excuse for a manager and a person. Bottom line, do not even waste your time dealing with this man and his business. And it's such a shame because the women that work there are great people and very helpful, pretty much the complete opposite of the owner.
When I first encountered this place, I could not speak more highly about their professionalism. This all changed on my wedding day. The owner was incredibly rude to my groom and bridesmaid and was extremely unprofessional. They tried to place blame for wrong colors and styles on me, when I had a meeting that discussed what I wanted in detail 3 months prior to my wedding date. The tuxes were messed up, the limo smelled like vomit, and the night ended with the limo driver throwing up in the reception bathroom. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Luckily I received my deposits back on the tuxes. Beware of this company...they do not have ANYONE'S best interest in mind. The only good thing about this place was the ladies that fit and alter!
This is place is a total rip off. The business owner is a snake . He acts extremly nice and forward at first, then stabs you in the back and steals your money. Do not let him ruin your special occasion like he did to my wife and I. I gave 1 star for a rating, and thats still to high of a rating. If your thinking about using his service, just do your homework first. You will see on several websites that this man is a constant rip off to all his customers. So absolutly do not go here.

I recently visited this fine establishment to rent a Tux for my Son's Junior Prom. They were very nice and I didnt have any problems. The Tux was there on time. Upon returning the Tux the following Monday, I had no problem receiving my deposit. Thanx, we will be back next year.
