After renting from this company for several years, I decided to move out. Before I was allowed to contact Channel Realty, the neighbors contacted them. The next day after being contacted Lynn from Channel Realty called me and told me that the neighbors contacted her about my move and that I had until the 1st of November to be out because someone else wanted the unit. My response to her was it was not the neighbors responsibility to contact her about my move nor was it her responsibility to give me a time to be out because I never contacted Channel Realty.
Because of her unprofessional rudeness, i moved out as she told me to. My last day was Oct 30, 2017. She did not grant a walk through of the property and has denied my deposit.

Channel Realty has a VERY RUDE staff, especially Lynn......

Hopefully my deposit is used to clean the living conditions of Baker Blvd apartments

She found me the perfect place to relocate to at a more than fair price for the market. The amazing part is she did all of this while working with other clients that were looking at million dollar properties. She gave me every bit as much attention as she was giving to the "high rollers" which is shocking in this day and age.



Lesson learned? You can go for a large agency that will shuffle you through like cattle, or a smart, caring agency that will take the time to get to know you, your needs, and then work to make your dreams a reality. Channel Realty is a smart agency that cares about it customers.
