response to Beware Take Notice

We always stand behind our work and warranty it.
I'm sure it was explained to the customer what the $95.00 charge was. This is the minimum charge for a service call.
What happened was the safety sensors at the bottom of the door were knocked out of alignment after we had done the previous repair. It had nothing to do with the repair we had done, so the customer is always told there may be another charge after they explain what the problem is.
This happens quite often and it does not take much to knock the safety eyes out. For example, it could be something as simple as a dog or child getting too close and moving it without knowing they did.
We have never turned anyone in to the credit bureau and I don't believe our technicians would just tell a customer that.

THEY DO NOT WARRANTY THEIR WORK despite what they might say.
Less than 2 months ago I had my garage door repaired. It cost nearly $400. When the door malfunctioned, we called them back. It was repaired in less than ten minutes. Later we were presented with a bill for nearly $100.
There had been no change or movement of the contents in my garage. We had even purchased the lubricant from them and performed the maintainance recommended.
Yet, they decided to asses blame to us for the problem using the garage content. Therefore, allowing them to issue a charge. They also informed us they would put us into the credit bureau if we contested this as warranty work and didn't promptly pay.
Please take my experience to heart because
