        I have been a customer of AT&T for a few years. I recently used my upgrade to purchase an iPhone 5. After receiving my iPhone through ups my phone would not activate. To make a VERY LONG story short.. I pretty much received someone else's iPhone 5 and they received mine, which seems like a simple fix, right? No. Come to find out, the WRONG phone that I received also was not EVER registered (pretty much useless for everyone). Yeah, apple needs to get there stuff straight and slow down on making the phones. But NICOLE helped me when I was trying to figure all this put of why my phone would activate.. She practically accused me of having a stolen phone and did not help me. She made remarks like "Your story is not adding up" and "Wait that couldnt hbe happened ..that's incorrect" and "Id get my manager but he is busy!" (Yeah right!) and so on. I love that AT&T but Nicole should not have a job.
