I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership. I initially provided a personal check for payment in full, making it clear that I would replace it with a cashier's check the following day (when I picked up the vehicle). I gave them a cashier's check and they returned my personal check to me. I later discovered that the dealership had presented my personal check for payment by my bank TWICE, despite being in possession of the cashier's check! The personal check bounced, of course, as I had made a withdrawal for the cashier's check. The second time they presented the check was a week after they received the cashier's check. They initially refused to pay all of the NSF fees I incurred as a result of their incompetence! When I pushed the issue, they eventually agreed to pay. I will never do business with this dealership again!!! My suggestion is that, if you choose to buy from them, you either finance your vehicle or pay them with only one form of secure payment!

These guys are the best around. It is so important to find a repair facility that operates with integrity. My car has had some issues; however, the management and staff in service has always exceeded my expectations when getting it back on the road.

On 02/24/15 & 25th I received the best service from my sales person Justin, and the service departmen. My Bluetooth on in my car wasn't connececting. I gave Justin a call, and he made me a priority right away. Came in and the young lady from service center helped get it back working. I also received a speedy oil change, tired rotation, and filter replacement discounted for my BDay. God is good to have such amazing people who not only helps there customers, but cares. Recently brought in my 2012 Kia Forte to the service department due to some sort of electrical issue that caused my vehicle's radio to go out. I was out of town driving along and heard a loud popping noise and the radio and all my light went out. When I reached my destination and turned the car off, it hesitated to start back up for a second but when it did, I regained power to everything except for my radio. I brought it over to Autozone where they tested the battery and said it was good and it was possibly a bad fuse. When I made it back in town I Called the Kia dealership on Florida Blvd but was transferred to their Seigan Lane location and let the know the problem. I also wanted to make sure it was covered under the 60,000 mile warranty and was told that it was. Brought my vehicle in on Friday, November 14th and waited a little bit before being told that they would need to keep it over the weekend and would let me know something by Monday, November 9. I Received a call everyday stating that they were still working on it. On November 14, they called to tell me that they still haven't figured out the issue but the battery and the radio would need to be replaced and that was no longer covered under warranty.

Took my Sedona in for a complimentary oil change and my detail I didn't receive because of the weather when I purchased it. Everything was awesome except for the amount of time it took to service my van. It took 2 hours to do the oil change, so I will have to go back for the detail because that was going to be a minimum of another hour and I had another appointment I had to go to. The staff was very friendly.
