I definitely do not recommend coming to this Wendy's. Probably one of the worst service I have ever had at a fast food restaurant. Went through the drive through and ordered a number 2 combo (a double burger with fries and a drink) but I wanted to substitute the drink for a water and no pickles on the burger. When I was ordering she would not put the order on the electronic screen and she would not confirm my order. I had to ask her three times if she got the order and even then it was unclear that she did. Despite this I pulled up and paid for the food, did not get a receipt, and she didn't even tell me how much it was. When I got the food, turns out she did get the order wrong and not only that but she gave me a number 1 (single burger) instead. I have no idea if I paid for a number 2 and got the number 1 but all I can say is I will probably never come back to this Wendy's again.
I take a twenty minute drive to come to this place, these are the best po-boys in town.
Ordered two apple pies. They turned out to really be cherry pies and the best is eaten by time had expired by 4 hours

I usually go during 2am after i get off work and i am soo suprised of how good the service is. The people are always so nice. They have a virtue I do not have! They even offered to show me how thick the shakes are before I paid for it. Like I said, they go out of their way for your satisfaction!

They were also cold and old. The lady at the window blamed a coworker, said sorry, and shut the window in my face. No offer to fix my order. Just plain rude. I would give them negative stars if I could. Wish I wouldve caught the woman's name as well, so I could tell her boss. At least my hot and spicy mcchicken tasted fine. P.S. this has not been my only bad experience here, though typically the staff is nice.
Today I went into this store to get an order remade that was incorrectly done on yesterday. I was greeted by the manager and other staff that were very nice. I received a complimentary drink and several coupons, but most of all a sincere apology for their mistake. This was definitely outstanding customer service from the entire staff!! Hats off to this Hardee's Thank You!! See you soon!!
Old chicken and sides. Go to churchs or popeyes. Tv dinner fried chicken is better. It a taco bell/kfc but they should focus on one cuisine because they can't do both.
