Not much supervision of aides. Some of the aides are on the ball, some are not. Our issue was that Mom needed more checking on during the day and a bath each morning by 9:00. Many days she is still waiting at 10:00. Some of the aides run in, give her medicines, and run out. Angela is the best aide around by far! They do not have enough staff during the day and especially on weekends. We believe they cut costs by maintaining the smallest staff possible, especially on weekends.
The worst so-called business ever. They hardly every anewer or they wI'll pUT you on hold. I actually waited on speaker phone to see how long they'd have me on hold. I finally hung up after 10 minutes and 30 seconds. The people who work there are so unprofessional.
Literally the WORST experience ever. Never associate with this group. The staff is ridiculously rude- wears their headphones, hangs up on you, and is unbelievably disorganized. Oh and expect to wait over 2.5 hrs in the waiting room for each and every appointment. They have no idea what they are doing and obviously are not qualified for healthcare. It's ridiculous. The place needs to be destroyed, immediately.

Doctor is very nice but front desk staff are the absolute most rude people ive ever seen in a doctors office. They are especially insensitive considering they deal with mental health. I am sick that mrs alice is not there anymore!!! A little variety in race wouldnt hurt that office either but apparently they dont hire whites.
Never use this business. The owners, Daniel Sanders, was SO disrespectful to me and my elderly father after his sitter left him in bed in his own feces for hours! Daniel said I was overreacting and that my father may have the start of Alzheimer's and may not recall the situation correctly. I wouldn't recommend BR Elder Care to my worst enemy. No one deserves to be treated this way. Especially with how much I was paying. Horrible!
