America's Worst was a big disappointment gave me my free eye exam and a new prescription for eyeglasses. The employees are grossly misinformed regarding special offers on their own website and failed to offer me 2 pairs of progressive lined bifocals for a total of $99.95 purchasing frames which cost $59.95. They quoted me the price of $300.00 with 10% off with the 3-year membership using my 2 pair of old frames which isn't the best deal in town.

Great service. Had one hiccup with shipping, but it was taken care of without a glitch. Been doing business with AB for 10+ years and I haven't had any problems whatsoever. Highly recommended.
They have a wonderful location with easy parking. Soon as I walked into the business, I was greeted and assisted by someone named Azetha. She asked me why I came to their store, listened to me and gave me great suggestions and advice on what was best for me. When I saw the doctor, after being treated special by her, I was sold on the business. They instantly made me a future and repeating customer. I highly recommend using their services. I bought two pair of glasses.
I spent 1000.00 buying my daughter two pair of glasses and contacts and two pair glasses for myself. They store is worthless. After 5months I am still trying to get my glasses. First the five minute eye exam was wrong so I had to have another one. Then the bifocal was in the wrong place on one of the frames and the other frame was too small so I had to have them changed. One pair came back with the first prescription so I had to take them back. They never sent them in to be fixed and gave them back to me with the same prescription. I took them back and even I called the next day to make sure they were sent in. Now after ten days they can't find them. How anyone can achieve this level of incompetence is amazing. So now I have to call the manager tomorrow because she isn't in or will not take my call. With my daughters contacts, they are not right because one is blurry. I told her we will go elsewhere and get 1) better service and polite service and 2) get the right prescription.
