The car was great, the experience checking in and out was fast and fine, except that they changed me for 30 days (my original contract), which I didn't notice at check-in, instead of 20 days that I actually had the car. I've called customer service twice, one rep was nice, said they have to send an email to the area manager who will contact me to adjust my charges. She said I would here from the manager before the close of business at 6 PM. After no contact after a few days, I called again to customer service. I was polite and respectful, but this rep was rude and dismissive. She said I would just have to wait until the area manager got around to me. After I insisted she said she would send another message. When I asked, she said there was nothing else I could do. They owe me $400+, I haven't heard from anyone and it's been a couple weeks.

Picking up the car was good, the clerk helping me was friendly and explained everything well. The car drove fine and had no problems. However; after dropping off the car, my fiancée realized that she could not find her wallet. She called the store and asked the person on the phone if she could check the car for the missing wallet. The person claims to have looked and not found it. They then rented the car to someone else. The next day, the woman who rented the car after us called and let us know that she had found the wallet in the car and wanted to return it. Somewhere in the process, $100 was stolen from the wallet. While I realize it is not Enterprises responsibility to check each car for forgotten items, they lied to my fiancée by claiming to have checked the car for her wallet and not finding it.
It was a great experience using Enterprise, I had a lot of difficulties with other car rental, especially their self services, often return a car and you are being charged for gas when you returned the car with full tank and are not supposed to be charged. I appreciate having someone on the ground to check the car and makes sure everything is good before I left the parking lot. There services has been very good, very polite and friendly, always ready to help. I hope you will maintain it, and I will always recommend your services to my colleagues.
I've rented from Enterprise many, many years. Always appreciated the professionalism of the staff and willingness to satisfy the customers. However my last rental at the Siegen Lane location was tarnished by a 3-hour wait for pick-up at my home. I was very unhappy, but the associate who assisted me did everything in his power to compensate for the inconvenience. It was his willingness to change an unpleasant experience to a good experience that convinced me to continue doing business with Enterprise.
Donovan has been more than helpful I appreciate that very nice overall good man! Now I've had to get 2 cars within less then 20 days the first one had the outside of the tire plugged abd it was sticking out . Also the car I was supposed to get was getting a oil change and while I waited for a hour for the guy to fill up the car he came back with someone else and didn't fill up the car at all now I'm this 16 camary needs a oil change and they have no cars available......
I had a very nice experience at the 8329 airline hwy location. The waiting period was a little long due to the increase in car rentals due to the 2016 flood however, the staff was friendly and courteous. We were offered coffee and water with a smile. The young ladies and men demonstrated professionalism to the highest regard. If they can keep this up I will always bring my business to them at the location and will refer others as well.
Very enjoyable experience. Very surprised and pleased with the positive change at Baton Rouge Airport. Being an Executve level member at Baton Rouge the rental experience in the past was less than stellar - could not pick a vehicle that was comfortable for me to drive. This time was pleasantly surprised. Just one note - inside vehicle cleanliness could be improved. Thank you.
Overall my experience with Enterprise at Siegen was wonderful. The staff is so professional and courteous and they always go out of their way to provide excellent service. I was able to get a car the same day I walked in and it was a smooth and timely transaction. I'd give them 6 stars if I could!
Excellent customer service. I have been renting from this store for about a year now. Every staff member is extremely professional and offers excellent customer service. Their vehicles are always clean, have fuel and are reliable. Pick up and drop off are speedy and with no issues.
Met me at the elevator with keys in hand! I was impressed by the expedient service, both at pickup and delivery. The professional staff was very helpful and pleasant to work with. Will definitely rent with Enterprise in the future!
