The worst service experience I've had. I got my Samsung Galaxy S6 screen replaced which was quoted to me to take max 1 1/2 hours and it took two days. He did not call me to let me know that it was going to take an extra day because the first screen didn't work. There was no one at the kiosk to offer service so I waited for 30 minutes. I was given an iPhone for the day with a charger. I went back the next day and to 'make up' for taking forever he offered to put a silicon screen protector on it for free so I agreed. It took him 30 minutes to do it because he continuously messed it up and then he get alcohol in my phone in the process so not it is buggy. I will not be returning and I would not recommend anyone to come here.
employee ASHLEY jacks people out of they money the place is so dirty unorganized stuff thrown all in crates Ashley lets people that she knows get big deals leaves the store go get her kids bring them there the employees are very rude after you pay your bill they keep the money and your phone get cut off!!!
Dude this place really did my wife and I bad... The manager Will seemed to be trying help us out but overall the place really screwed us. We brought my wife's I phone 5c in for what should have been a simple repair to the charging port. They changed the charging port but when she returned home she realized the screen had been cracked and her speaker no longer worked. I personally went back there and spoke with them and they were kind enough to change screen and repair speaker... After all of this we returned home to find the phone would show it was charging but was actually going down in percentage. We returned once again to be told it was a problem with the mother board. To make an even longer story short we left the phone with them for a week only to receive it back in the same condition! I spent seventy dollars and received twenty back and a broken phone! I will never be using in and out again the service is horrible and their so called technicians need more training.
very nice store and very nice communicationsi would always comeback , very profissional and super nice guys
This is the best Boost Mobile store in Baton Rouge. They always have alot of phones and are very friendly and help you with you account
Great job! Fixed my Samsung Note 3 in a very timely manner and the price wasn't bad at all. Professional, young men and each had a good idea of what they were doing.
I got my water damage iPhone 6 fixed for only 20 dollars!!!! Amazing customer service recommended to all!!!!!
Inquired the cost to repair cracked glass for Samsung phone. They quoted $159 which included replacing the LCD and glass. I only needed the glass repaired and tried to work a deal out with them which the company doesn't do. I was never rude nor beligerant but I did question why the cost was so high. I understand their company's policies but what I didn't care for was the sarcastic attitudes that came from both associates I encountered. The combination of their subpar customer service and unprofessional know-it-all attitude was repulsive. I would've considered paying their high cost to repair my phone had they shown quality customer service and been professional instead of defensive of their prices. (Side note: Selecting a star was the only way I could submit this review but in my opinion they didn't deserve the 1 star I did select)
I have been to this store for business, research, and purchasing along with interest in seeing the latest tech. I had bought an iPad mini and never opened it and decided I would want the iPad Pro instead and also wanted an iPhone 6S Plus. I called ahead of time and was told I would have to pay a $35 restocking fee to return the iPad Mini. I called customer care and was told the opposite since it was still sealed. Customer care reached out to the store so I could complete my purchase. Upon arrival I told by Chris that no matter what I was told by customer care that I would have to pay the $35 restocking fee and invited me to leave the store. By the way Chris is the manager for whatever reason. I thought it a good idea to visit the College Drive store and what a difference. I was greeted by Valerie. She was beyond helpful and at the pinnacle of making the spending of money comfortable. I walked out $1900 poorer and happy. She and the wonderful staff at the College Drive store even shipped back my iPad Mini and charged me zero in restocking fees or postage fees. Lesson learned. If I need to make a serious purchase I will avoid the Town Center store until there is a responsible change of management, refresh of attitude and a little personality rather than the sterile and stiff personalities of the blowhards currently running the store.
