John Leo. Your payment was due at DADS. You called and asked if you could pay it the next day. We said OK. The next day you didn't pay or call. And the next day, and the next day. You didn't return any of our phone messages. We tracked your vehicle and shut it down. We get a call from a dealership, asking for your pay-off. You NEVER called us to communicate that you were trying to trade in OUR vehicle. Because you didn't return our calls, I text you stating that the vehicle was about to be repossessed, and that on top of the note, the late fee and a $300.00 REPO fee, it may keep you from trading it in. That was not a threat as you suggested, it was a fact. That's when we had to get it back to DADS. Because of your lack of communication you consider us the bad guys?? You also wrote us a letter stating, " Dear DAD'S Employee's, Keep up the good work! No complaints here. (smiley face) Chevy's Rule, Sincerely, John....Sincerely, DADS Employee's
y far the best car buying experience we have ever had. We had been in the market for a truck for a while when we happened to drive past this wonderful dealership. I was so worn out from the numerous dealerships we had already had been to in the last couple of months, but my husband insisted. Stopping was the best thing we could have ever done. The guys there were beyond professional and very personable people. My wife and I are very pleased with the two Vehicles we have bought from this car lot. They sold us quality vehicles and gave great service. I appreciate their quick response in qualifying us and leaving the same day with the vehicles we picked. Give this place a chance to show what service is all about. I needed to add that this car lot was able to give me a decent trade in even after I went to three other Dealer ships that wouldn't even consider a fair trade due to cosmetic issues Patrick and Rodney treated my family with respect and help us with the two Vehicles I talked about earlier. They also introduce me to their mechanics if I every need repairs. They are truly a blessing to my family! I recommend this car lot to anyone that is looking for Quality Used Vehicle. This place is very unprofessional and they tried to get over. Yes, I was a first time buyer. First off, my tires needed the lug knots to be taken off and they sold me a car without the key to it. Everyone wanted to charge me to take them off. I went Consumer's AutoSales, and the ACTUAL HEAD MAN says he'll give me half of the money to me for paying to get the lug knots off. Everyone was given themselves the title as being the "boss". Then when I asked to get my money back, I was told I couldn't even though Louisiana have a 30-day grace period as Law. They didn't offer Gap Insurance and they were Ready for you to sign and initial numerous of papers. If you are a first time buyer and is clueless about a car, please Tag along a professional Mechanic as well as another person who knows about a car.
I highly recommend Acadian Car Supercenter if your to buy a car. thanks to Michael and Jacque who went far beyond what expected them to do for me . The bank declined my loan after I drove off the lot, was out of town in Iowa ,learning this news , they told not worry about a thing ,they would make sure that it would all work out. still a little doubtful ,but they keep there word and did everything they promised and more .So today because of Acadian I am driving the same car I drove off in three months ago, So if your not sure where to buy a car from due to past issues , look no further , ACADIAN USED CAR SUPERCENTER, Thank you ,David York
Ascension auto sales were able to place us in a car when everyone else have a No !! Our search for a car lead us from Hammond, to Metairie, Slidell, and nack around to Baton Rouge eith nothing but disappointment until we passed by ascension auto sales the last stop we would make because they placed us in a vehicle a BUICK LACROSSE !! Thumbs up to these guys so far!!! We got a beautiful 2001 BMW 7 Series last week after getting "the biznis" from another local lot. We are completely satisfied with the car. On the contrary of the other review I bought a car a few years ago from Central Auto Sales and the vehicle has been trouble free ever since , I recently lost /misplaced the title and other documents and I went back to them for help and I got their full support and their kind help all the way ... I would encourage anybody to pay a visit to this nice folks.....
