Awesome banking experiences
I'm not even a bank customer (just a Walmart customer) but just want to let you know your associate "Brenda" was SO helpful on the phone (she returned my call - on a Sunday afternoon!), that I thought someone in management should know :). I need to run errands tomorrow (Monday...one of which is a trip to Walmart) and I was wondering if it was going to be possible for me to pick up some coin wrappers I need from the bank inside the store. Turns out that's not something you do. But, Brenda didn't just say "no," and hang up the phone, she spent several minutes giving me some great information on my alternatives. I'm disabled (w/ MS), so it's hard to get from point A to B, so I really do appreciate her help in contributing to the info I needed to "get it done," with the least amount of hassle. Give Ms. Brenda a raise!

been here for 25 min. only 3 people were in line. now a bunch. slower than molasses!!
One teller trying to verify a commercial deposit took forever and asked for help. In the meantime the line was out the door and people leaving. There was one teller in driveup and only ONE in the lobby However there were officers sitting in their offices chatting on the phone. I had one person ahead of me. I spent 25 minutes in line. I had the opportunity to open a $330,000.00 mortgage loan with Chase but refused. My reason,,,,,,,,POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. This branch has a problem
