Too long to repair. Then, when done, not called. When I call in, on hold forever to check on the status. Got repair back, failed within 15 minutes. 3rd time (and last time) I will use them. Pease go elsewhere

The ladies in the parts department are most unfriendly. When you ask them about a part they question whether you have the right information when you do and treat you like they don't have time to bother. I'd rather go to another city and find what I need than drive 10 minutes to be treated like that.
ot a new STIHL saw right off the wall. It did not come with directions. I was not informed that there needed to be a fuel mix. I used it with their fuel but after a while it did not start. My bad. But when I brought it back to the store to see what was wrong they started it up and held down the trigger at full blast at least three times , it still would not stay on. As a result a piston was destroyed up and my two week old saw $400.00 dollar purchase needs $170.00 in repairs. even though I bought a two year warranty with it. Not happy. When I asked to speak with the owner I was told he was too busy. What to take a 5-10 Minute phone call? Go somewhere else for your equipment. Sheesh.

Bought a stihl chainsaw my 2nd one i have had my other lasted 6 years befor some one stole it bought my 2nd one from here befor a year was up it crapped out on me said i didnt have oil in my gas. The gas i had in the saw had oil in it .. basically got screwd out of 300 dollars on a lemon saw and the service sucked bad will never bring my saw or purchace anything like it from there
Worst experience ever. Would never use again nor recommend. Confrontational owner who will screw over a customer and have no conscience about it. Karma will prevail.

Contrary to the other rating. I found the ladies in parts department most knowledgeable. The red headed lady that helped me the last time knew her stuff and where to find the numbers necessary to order the part I needed. Very difficult to call them, I called four times and was put on hold. Never did talk to anyone so I drove to the business and walked right up to the counter and was waited on by the aforementioned "red headed Lady". Of course, I didn't have the correct numbers so I had to drive back home and get them. Called and asked for parts, was put on hold for 10 minutes so I hung up and called again asking for the red headed lady in parts, she picked up immediately.......go figure !!!
