I made an appointment for 3. They texted me at 1:20 saying it was ready for me to check in. I rushed as fast as I could to get there. Got there around 1:40 and they already skipped me. I spoke to someone and they said it was a mistake with the system and they'll see me as soon as possible. I waited an hour and half and finally at 3:10 they saw me. Why they sent out a text and told me they were ready at 1:20 even though my appointment was at 3, I would love to know. Sat there for over an hour and half for no reason. Thankfully, the man who helped me was Matt & he was very nice.I got a call, needed to pick up my laptop to get back it up so they could send it off. I spoke with Lindsay over the phone. She said I could pick it up and drop back off the same day, no problem. When I go back to the store I spoke with Lindsay, again. She said that I had to make another appointment, wait 3& half hours again& restart the process. When I called out for lying she refused to answer& was very rude.
Im so glad I found this place! Excellent work ! Staff was vey professional and helped me even set up my new phone with gmail and moved all of my info for me! I will def be back!
I bought an items for someones wedding registry and the cashier never scanned it to the registry sheet. I called the store 5 times to get this fixed and was on hold for over 30 minutes altogether, 3 of the times they just picked up and hung up. Then someone picked up and put me on hold for another 20 minutes. Then it rang through again and someone else picked up and told me they didn't do anything wrong and to call back again at 8pm. LIES. For my full review, check google. RUDE IGNORANT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Go to a different Best Buy or any other store altogether.
They almost never seem to have what I need. I get that everything is moving towards drop shipping but come on!!

They were probably the rudest people I've ever came in contact with, EVER. I could understand if I was a inconsiderate and loud customer but I was minding my business and waiting patiently for my phone to be fixed. They rushed me out of the store, not to mention I was waiting there for an hour just for them to tell me they broke my phone. I went in there for a screen replacement and left with a screen that didn't even come on.Horrible service. And if I could get in contact with the Apple company itself I would because that was incredibly ridiculous.
