we flooded august 2016. Really didn't know how to move forward with the whole ins. claim process. We hired Glencoe and wow!!! They were able to deal with our insurance company and settled all construction cost with them and had us back in our home before anyone else on our block moved back in. Some of our neighbors hired their contractor first. So we rate them five stars for sure and would recommend them to all we know or meet.

I would not let anyone else repair any of my vehicles. I have the up most respect for this company and their customer service is second to none. They explained the repairs to my vehicle in detail and made sure I understood and asked if I had any questions. They kept informed during the repair process and when it was ready for pickup explained what they did. Again "Outstanding Customer Service". Thanks guys.
My home roof was replaced by them, they have done s superb job, finished work in less than one- and a half day. They have used the best quality shingles available in the market. I would not recommend anyone to use this company. They're unorganized, unprofessional & do NOT make the customers best interest a priority. They're work is shotty & you certainly don't get what you pay for.
WORSE PLACE TO EVER BUY A CAR FROM! They will sell you a crap car!!! I bought a Volkswagen Jetta from them about a year ago! The car was decent but the ac was bad on the car! When I looked at the car I noticed that the ac was not blowing too cool and that it didn't work on level four. Mitch told me not to worry and that they would fix it for me if anything went wrong. So I believed him and got the car anyway. I was under a 30 day warranty and my ac blew out 3 weeks after I've bought the car. I brought the car back to them and they promised to fix it since I was under warranty. They put a piece of paper in the ac switch to hold it in place temporarily until they order me a new switch. 2 months pass and my ac blew completely out. They claim to have ordered me a switch but they lied and said they ordered the wrong year for my car so I would have to wait another week. 9 months pass and I haven't heard from them yet! I called them almost every day and everyday I called, they had an excuse. Mitch would tell me to call later because he would claim that Kevin was not there. They avoided me the whole winter and summer. It is one thing to go a winter without heat but it is another when you have to try hard not to pass out in a hot ass car without ac when it is almost 100 degrees outside. It's summer time now and I have no ac still! I call them again because I am fed up! This is my health at risk! They tell me that they would not do anything about my ac because the ac worked when I got the car( IT DID NOT WORK) they claim it worked even after they promised me a switch for almost a year! And they claim it worked after the temporarily fixed it! They had my hopes up for the longest then turn around and to leave me hanging! PLEASE DO NOT SHOP HERE! They will screw you over and scam you!
Dissatisfied with the service and communication from this business. I had a total A/C unit installed in my property. The unit was installed and not completed. Permit was not pulled with the city of Baton Rouge and it failed Inspection. I have tried on numerous occasions to contact the owners Ricardo and Brandi but I was given the run around through text messages and phone calls. I paid for the job in full but ASO Heating and Air Conditioning did not hold up to their end of the contract. Will never recommend to anyone. Very Unprofessional.
Bruce & Whitney are refusing to come back to complete my house. I paid them over 90% of what I owe & are now trying to change our contract by requesting the final payment before they will come back. It's going to cost me even more money now to complete what they won't finish & fix the things they damaged in my home. The work that Glencoe did do in my home does not look like a professional did it. I do not recommend anyone take their chances with them.
