I have used Griffith for our gas for the past two years with no complaints. So naturally we would stay with them for this year as well. I don't know what is happening with the Bath office this year but I have called three times over the past month trying to get our contract for the upcoming year and still have not received it. The cold weather has set in and I can't seem to get any answers?
I have spoken with Kim the last two times I called. The second call was told contract would be sent right out that was over two weeks ago. My call this week she needed to investigate and would call me right back, I am still waiting for the call. I expect better customer service from such a big company. At this point I question whether we should look elesewhere for our gas..
