Sandra has given me the best dog I've ever owned in my life (and I've had alot of different german shepherds from different places!). My boy I got from her is insanely smart and intune to me. He is rocking at his IPO training right now, my trainer im working with says he's a phenomenal dog. He has the perfect on/off switch for work and being in the house. I can not stress how perfect of a dog he is. And not to mention Sandra has been there if I've ever had any questions. Complete breeder support. I can not stress enough how AMAZING this breeder is. These are truelly exceptional dogs!!!!
After one and a half months of searching online for a reputable, ethical GSD breeder in NC, I finally found Vom Weiland Kennels in Bath, NC.
My research showed several breeders purporting to be what they are NOT! I found some of the most advertised breeders online (one even recommended by a reputable dog organization) are nothing more than glorified puppy mills. Red flags to look for: non refundable deposits, lots of puppies available, mother and father of puppies not on premises, etc. Finally I happened upon Sandra Weiland's Vom Weiland Kennels-- a full disclosure website. You see what you get: refundable deposits, mother and father are on premises, price of your puppy, full health warranty, etc. I was fortunate to meet my puppy's parents a month before I picked him up. I was able to see what beautiful, well balanced dogs they are. The kennels are part of their house and immaculately clean. All adults have easy flap access to a huge backyard. Another thing that sets Vom Weiland Kennels apart is their YouTube channel. I was able to see videos of my puppy every week from one week of age up until four days before I picked him up.
We picked up Bruno 10 days ago. My husband and I are totally amazed at his relaxed, self-possessed demeanor. He bonded to us and our two male cats immediately. The socialization Sandra has given these puppies really shows. From the very first night he has slept in his kennel with no whining, barking or accidents. We are introducing people and children to Bruno every chance we get and he is delighted with the company. He seeks human interaction yet can entertain himself. He is a VERY fast learner. Within a few days he knew his name and "no". Within a week he alerts to go outside, can sit, come, leave it and no bite on command. "Down" is coming. He is beautiful, easy to live with and VERY intelligent. A perfect dog! I highly recommend Vom Weiland Kennels for all discerning potential owners of large breed GSDs!

I cannot say enough good things about Sandra. I wanted a German Shepherd puppy from a reputable breeder to help reduce the risk of some problems that German Shepherds have, but I also needed a reasonable price and Sandra gave me both, plus the most wonderful puppy I could have asked for. I was able to meet the parents at her home, who are beautiful and have such great ,dispositions, especially Alan. Sandra was also a wealth of knowledge and is more than willing to share her knowledge, she attends seminars at NCSU to keep up to date with German Shepherd health and fitness and even showed me the vet records she has of her breeding dogs to prove they are in excellent health. She loves her dogs and loves her puppies as well, and it's obvious she has spent a lot of time working with the puppies, mine was even paper trained when we brought her home. Our puppy is so lovable and is very social, plus is extremely intelligent, at two months old she learned to sit in just a couple of 5 minute sessions. I can't say enough good things about Sandra, her breeding program or her puppies, if you chose a puppy from Sandra you won't be sorry.

Sandra was both professional and honest about her dogs, what she does for them and her concern after they go to their forever home. Any question I had, through out the wait time (my puppy was born Feb.12, 2017) Sandra answered all of my questions, any concern I had and made sure that I was kept up to date with any and all progress the momma was making through her pregnancy and then how the puppies were doing. The videos that she post kept me involved in all of the puppies....something that not every breeder does. Ruger came home with me 8 weeks later, and she is the best puppy, is already create trained, and has figured out how to tell me she needs to go potty. Please contact Sandra if you want an exceptional dog to share your life with

Comprehensive portfolio is just one of many amazing features I encountered in working with Sandra and Paul Weiland. Containing our puppy's parental lineage, immunization chart and registration. Weekly you tube videos with all the puppy's interaction with their siblings to aid you in choosing the pup of your choice. Expansive/inclusive easy to read and understand contract. The ability to withdraw your deposit for whatever reason, no questions asked. With many more features, too many to write about I just recommend anyone looking for superb well cared for puppy from a true professional who knows her craft. I recommend Sandra and Paul Weiland, Vom Weiland kennel in Bath, NC. The knowledge and care Sandra give her adult shepherds, expecting mothers and her puppies are phenomenal. Once I discovered the vomWeiland kennel GSD puppies for sale in NC I was convinced that my search had ended there. From the moment I provided my deposit the constant updates from birth until I pick up my pup was unreal I recommend this breeder over any other. I have had my boy Von from the "P" litter only 5 days and thus far he has exceeded all my expectations most importantly potty training. Not one mishap. I will continue to update his progress as well as post some pictures. Thank you Sandra and Paul for this flawless experience. Already discussing adding another one of your pups to our GSD family.

If you are looking for an experienced meticulous breeder who genuinely loves their German Sheppard puppies then Sandra and Paul VomWeiland in Bath NC is where you need to look. I have only known them for a short time and they are now my friends. I was lucky to get the pick of the O-litter, a male that I named Jim who will no doubt be the mirror image of his dad Bear. Sandra cares for their litter of puppies like no other in the business. Her dedication and attention to detail is just incredible. She literally lives in close proximity with each litter carefully watching them and nurturing them healthier each day. She makes baby books for each puppy outlining their progress each day complete with paw prints! I am so pleased with our new family member and knowing the Czech pedigree parents that he is the off spring of which is Alan Schrom and Ebigell. They are a one stop shop, AKC tattoo and microchip for me. Oh, did I mention that my little man was pretty much house broken when got him? Thank you Sandra and Paul.

I have had GSD's in the past and had basically given up on finding a sound pup in mind AND body again. I decided to give it one more chance and found Sandra Weiland. I could not have found any one better for me. Her knowledge in the breed itself, her lines, their health, and her way of bringing up puppies until their new people came for them was more than I could have asked for in a breeder. I appreciated the updates we received as the puppies grew. Absolutely adored the videos we received. I was lucky enough to live in the same state (NC). I was able to go visit and actually pick out my pup in person. Her set up, I am sure, would make other breeders jealous. It was also very nice to see the parents, seeing how stable and fun to be around THEY were as much as the puppies. I can not give a more glowing review for this woman and her dogs. I am so looking forward in staying in contact with Mrs. Weiland, letting her know how the pup is doing and the pup's hopeful accomplishments.

From the first time I spoke with Sandra, I
Knew we needed to get on the list for one of her puppies. She is so Knowledgeable about the breed & is willing to share all
of that knowledge with you. You can also see the time, love, and hard work she puts into getting these puppies ready for their new homes.
We have only had Chloe for 4 days, but she is already such a special part of our family. She has learned to walk on a leash with our older dog, sit, lay down, and fetch a ball (and bring it back and let it go so you can throw it again) I am always afraid to overload her but you can tell she is eager to learn as she keeps happily coming back for more. She has a very sweet and affectionate disposition and is awesome with my 2 and 5 year old. She has willingly gone in her crate each night without a fuss and has slept through the night. Most surprisingly to me, Chloe hasn't had an accidents in the house. She goes straight to the paper when she has to potty and I immediately take her out. This is something Sandra started.
Our vet asked for Sandra's contact information as she was so impressed with Chloe's appearance and disposition. If you are in the market for a GSD, Vom Weiland German Shepherds will not disappoint. We feel so lucky to have Chloe as a member of the family

Sandra is one of the sweetest people I have met, she really helped me through the grieving process when we lost our GSD. Additionally she keeps abreast of developments in GSD breeding and is quite willing to share her knowledge with you. I cannot stress enough that she really cares about doing things in the best way possible when it comes to her dogs and their puppies. You can place your complete trust in her. I spent time searching for breeders and once I spoke with Sandra I knew I had found the one I wanted to work with. Our female puppy is 4 mo old now, gorgeous, remarkably intelligent (even for a GSD!) and of sound temperament. The dam and sire are both on site and are beautiful dogs. I can't imagine getting a dog elsewhere now.
