        Overall

        If you are intimidated by computers or lack knowledge, this is the place to go. Ross will explain all that needs to be done in my language. He will make you feel comfortable and it will give you peace that is priceless. His abilities are second to none and his prices are wonderful. He made my Windows 8 look more like Windows 7 and gave me the peace of using my computer again. He fixed so many small problems for me in addition that just helped make it all so easy for me. I have a great friend in Ross and his company and have no problem in telling you to relax as you are with a Pro!
