I have bought many appliances from Butch (One of the owners) and when it comes to a problem they do not stand behind it. I finally got an independent to repair my ice maker. Now the washer needs repair and there is not a chance in hell that I will let them repair it. My advice to any one is to go elsewhere. I sure am!!!
PS. I had to rate them and they don't even deserve 1 star.

Ben's was incredibly helpful with finding parts for my dryer. I had called more than 4 other appliance/part stores and nobody even knew what they were talking about. He had incredible customer service and was very knowledgeable in getting me what I needed!!! . Ben's Appliance Kitchen & Bath Appliance was highly recommended to me and I will definitely recommend them to others. Thank you again!!

Top notch. Bought a Speed Queen. Love it. Had a minor issue with the machine that might have been our fault. Covered with warranty, and had us up and running within two days, even though they had to overnight a part. Very fair & honest. Great people to work with.

Got a great deal on my appliances here and they came out and installed the same day even.

Vic was very helpful in easily deducing the sources of our problems with our washing machine. He was very frank about the nature of the repairs and gave estimations of costs so we could make a fair decision to repair or replace our unit. He also gave a recommendation about a specific brand he would advise for us to purchase for quality. He's very fun to talk to also! Excellent service!

Great store I can't say enough about the good service I received, they went above and beyond when my refrigerator broke and needed to be replaced. the refirgerator was not in stock that I wanted, it only took a week to get, but what really impressed me was the gave me a loaner to use until the new one came in. Wow who does that! I will buy from them again. 5 stars!!!
