Nancy's Steak House

It gets 1 star because 0 stars wasn't an option.



Avoid Nancy's Steak House. The wait staff was inexperienced and we were treated like cattle from the time we sat down. The tables were way too small for our group and we were sat right near the main traffic flow for the wait/kitchen staff.



The whole time we were there we heard someone in the back banging on a bell in the kitchen. It wasn't the usual "your order is up ring" it was "clang, clang, clang, clang,clang, clang, clang, clang,clang, clang, clang, clang it was the "get your @$$ in here and pick up the food clang"....i think you get the picture. We were continually bumped into by the wait staff and felt like we had to move every time someone walked by.



Most of the wait staff didn't speak English on a regular basis. When they filled our tea and water glasses they dripped condensation from the glass and pitcher on members of our group.



Some of our food was hot and some was cold. My fries were cold and soggy. The bread was hard and cold. Overall the food was 1 star. I give it a 1 because I'd be lying if I said I ate food that I gave a zero to.



We've been to Nancy's about 8 times since it was opened, and because it's near our home we suggested it to our guests. I've never been so embarrassed in my whole life. We will never set foot in that place ever again.
