Bartonsville Family Dental

Went there with an ad from Clipper $79 for exam, x-rays and cleaning, I see a dentist every 5-6 months. Unfortunately my regular dentist developed cancer so thought this place was a good idea with that ad. They tell me I have periodontics' disease and the cleaning, etc. would be over 200 dollars. Nonsense. I don't have perio disease developing in the past five months. Sure, it's possible, but no recommendation from them to see a periodontist. Yes, they would treat my so-called perio disease. What would you want treating such a condition? Anyway, doesn't matter as what comes next is even worse. The ad on their website, which I printed out, states "$80.00 New Patient Special"

"New patient exam, cleaning, x-rays. (Reg $250.00) cannot be combined with any other insurance or discount. 18 years and older."



There is nothing in that website ad about perio or any other medical exclusions. They could have said my Clipper can't be honored but will honor website ad. However, they are looking for money. The website ad is apparently fraud--evidence my visit and that perio exclusion. As for the exam, I wouldn't trust them for even a filling. I do not recommend this dental practice to anyone.

This is the best dentist I have ever been to myself or for my kids they are very nice and they explain everything to you
