I was looking to buy my first house in the area. Not being familiar with the area, I took a vacation day to view the house with Mr. Baker. After spending the day in the area waiting for our appointment, he called to say he had another appointment and wouldn't be able to meet me to view the house.



I wasn't able to get off another day from my busy job so I agreed to meet him on a weekend. After calling him twice and waiting at least a full business day for him to return the call, I left him a messge and said I didn't want to view the house.



For some reason after that, he called me right back. He got pretty rude when I said I didn't want to view the property and demanded to know why, etc. It just left a bad taste in my mouth.



I called another realtor and was very happy. She emailed me back anytime I had questions, was very nice, and I am looking to purchase a house if everything works out.



I would not recommend Lanny Baker Realty to anyone.
