This bank, Universal Federal Credit Union, has two major locations. They also do not have mobile banking and do not return calls.
Great Customer Service!! Great Staff!! They make you feel like you are the most important customer they have!
DO NOT BANK HERE.. Will tell you one thing but yet do another. Will not protect you or your money. Its most pressing concern IS NOT customer service but is actually what and how many fees they can collect from you. AGAIN I would say DO NOT BANK HERE if you value your money.
This is one of the worst banks I have ever dealt with. My husband and I would use our cards and they would get denied. Always seem to happen on a Friday after the bank closed and we would be all weekend with no access to our cash! Bank never could give a reason why our cards would not work..even replacement cards would stop after a month or two! Poor customer service and I never seen so many people working in one place that had the worst attitudes and never answer questions with any type of real knowledge..they always were so depressing to deal with! I would give them a negative 10 rating if I could! Dont bank with them if you need to access your money!
