Poor customer service. I bought the extended warranty with my washer and dryer set and what do you know I need to use it. They give me the phone number for the warranty company and they have no record of me. An extra $300 I paid and it obviously went in to someone's pocket. The store does not honor the warranty it's third partied out. I was told to call them (Aaron's) if anything needed to be fixed. So the 3rd party warranty company was never disclosed and they still don't. Also Jim the account manager or whatever he is, needs a basic training class on professionalism and customer service all he did was interrupt me and over talk me. Jim the know it all but can't access my account. He refused to give me corporates number or the district managers number. They have refused to honor the 12 month extended warranty or assist me in anyway. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SHADY CROOKS. I don't see them being in Barberton too much longer.
