My name is Joshua Carlson I had a banquet on the 13th of April and wanted to send y'all a thank you card, but my fraternity never got one to send to y'all. My fraternity (Tau Kappa Epsilon) we really enjoyed the dinner y'all provided. I was told by a lot of the alumni and our actives that, that was the best dinner they have had at the banquet. I want to let y'all know that dinner was amazing and that if we come back to the dells and I am in charge of banquet that we will be using y'all again. Thank you for catering to us and thanks again it was really an amazing dinner! Thanks for your time.

You can't get much better than Elite Catering! Their food is fantastic, and their wait staff is always wonderfully friendly. I especially enjoy attending the weekly Friday Night Fish Fry that they hold at Devil's Lake during the warmer months. The owners and staff of Elite Catering always have such a relaxed and happy, yet professional and helpful, air about them, they are a joy to be around. I would recommend Elite Catering to anyone and everyone that wants to enjoy great food and great catering service!

Honestly if I could rate it as 0 I would. By far the worst experience ordering a cake EVER! They kept sending me receipts, bills, and the refund check to the WRONG name! Could it possibly be that hard? They fought with me about how it was my responsibility to fix this mess...no they messed up so they should step up and fix it. Evidently it's incredibly hard to fix anything. DO NOT ORDER A CAKE FROM THESE IDIOTS! By far the worst decision I have ever made! They couldn't even make the cake for me that I wanted, even though on the website it CLEARLY said they can do that. What a bunch of idiots. Disappointed by far!!
