Josh and Sean did a great job fixing my toilet and adjusting my hot water heater. The toilet needed so many parts replaced and they had all of them in their truck. They were both very professional and respectful.

Lakeshore Plumbing sent Josh for my service call. He was very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. He called when he was on his way and told me when to expect him. After working for a while, he came up and showed me the problem pieces and explained what was causing the leakage. Within a short amount of time, he had it all taken care of. I was well pleased.

We needed several projects completed at our newly purchased but older vacation home. A hot water tank needed to be moved over to make room for a new laundry tub, the tub needed to be connected to drain and supply lines, a new mixing valve needed to be installed in an existing shower, and a pump was needed for the HVAC system in a crawl space under the house (the previous owner had installed a new furnace and just let the condensate drain onto the dirt floor).
Mick did an awesome job of completing all of this in a single day with his helper. Work was done very professionally, keeping me informed of progress each step of the way and asking for input when needed before completing critical steps. In addition, both men wore "booties" over their shoes and cleaned everything up as each phase of the projects were completed.
I would highly recommend Lakeshore Plumbing to anyone in the South Haven area in need of competent and reliable plumbing services. I was very impressed and in spite of the work taking longer than projected when bid, they honored the price with no upcharges.
