I wish I had read the other review left here before I went to Bedco Mobility. You would think that a business that serves the disabled population would be kind and caring with good customer service. They could not have been more unwelcoming and rude. We purchased a brand new mobility van from their salesman Randy 2 years ago and did not care for the way he bahved then but we were in need and made the purchase. After my handicapped father passed away we called them to inquire about selling it back to them. Randy was rude and laughed at me, even after I had told him the circumstances that we were under. The Van is 2 years old and has 3,000 miles and is impeccable shape. My father got very sick and we barely even used it. Rude does not even begin to describe the way Randy treated us. I am still in shock that a sales person would act like this and then to add on the fact that he works with families who have disabilities and when I told him we were in mourning. Truly one of the most shockingly terrible customer service experiences I have ever experienced! DO NOT GO THERE. I will be going to Koons Mobility as the other reviewer suggested and I wish I had gone there to begin with!
