This company has changed much in the past few years. The business was once popular for a career and used to take care of its workers but that has changed with a new regime, the CEO is near retirement and no longer handles many of the day by day task, and the president of the company he has put in place certainly doesn't have the workers interest in mind, neglecting and down right bullying many of the employees into accepting unfair treatment. I saw first hand many, many loyal workers with years of experience ranging from a couple to over 10 years find new jobs and quit.Mechanics actually had wages cut and others were given more responsibility put on them with no pay advancement(This is during a period where they have a huge amount of jobs and projects and plenty of income)The healthcare is mediocre, unless you want to pay out of pocket for more, and they offer an ESOP which is VERY unreliable. The pay was not on point for the high end commercial work they do, I was paid the same wages I made doing residential(it is no where near commercial scale pay) They did sign off for me to get my journeyman license, when I passed I was given no raise or accommodation, only to have it made out I should be grateful they did this "favor" for me(which it's not, by law they must reimburse your hours for the test, it's illegal for them to refuse I found out). I would at best suggest this as a stepping stone (cant beat the experience they do expensive work for high end clientele). But don't plan on being paid or treated fair for a career.
