Blue ocean does not care about their residents ,they care about themselves. They sent me a fraudulent report from Sussex testing. Crooks. I spoke to Taylor Thompson and told me there was never a test done on my apt.,but yet blue ocean sent me a phoney report. It is being investigated. If you look on their fb all they do is brag brag,brag. Nothing to brag about being a bunch of liars and crooks.If you look at the report on the left IT HAS NO REPORT OR ORDER # ON IT. Lol The paper on the right is when I was ignored for 3 months smelling sewage gas and black mold. They care about NO ONE.

Please avoid this company if you can. PLEASE! It seems like a good deal because the assistant is very helpful and personable, and then you get to know the landlord. We got to know him through a 15 minute phone call (delt with the assistant up until move in) and after having moved in to his property for 4 hours(!!!) we were loading up the moving van to get way(!!) out of dodge. The neighborhood was very troublesome but even our brief neighbors regaled us with tails of lacivious activities conducted by the owner IN OUR RENTAL THE DAY BEFORE WE MOVED IN WITH SOME OF OUR POSSESSIONS WITHIN. Not to mention there was mouse feces all throughout, a broken crack pipe my partner stepped on (!!) and hard drug paraphernalia. Waiting for the return of my deposit, seeking legal action.Would've given a negative rating if possible.
Save yourself alot of time and heartache and just don't do it!, I lived here two weeks before I stated seeing mice, mice and more mice. SMH! catch one then see another running around. Infestation!!! From here on out I will pay mind to the reviews bcuz they are all truth!. The walls are paper thin. The maintenance and the staff are good. The townhouse is very nice, cozy and spacious but the mice! This place is such a disappointment. The leasing office never contacts you back. The maintenance sucks they are lazy. It see.s like if you have an issue with your apartment it takes forever to get done. I called emergency maintenance on Saturday about the multiple mice in my unit they said it was notan emergency. I opened closet and 8 of them ran out. They chewed up my shoes, where in my shoes and slippers and popped snd peed in my shoes. Also I have liced here

They ignore complaints! Heat don't work! Water not right for the past 5 months and nobody has even recognized the problem! I would not recommend that anybody ever moves into a blue ocean realty apartment! But they always want that rent on time.
I am currently a resident in Jamestowne there are good and bad first the good. The area I live in is pretty quiet and clean for the most part. The unit is spacious and I love that there is a dining room. The price is decent. Now the bad... The rental office staff are inconsiderate and unprofessional; they do not put the renters first. The maintenance staff have no turn around times. Things will go unfixed in your home for weeks. You have to make several request before someone comes. There have been times when I've placed request and they've said someone came but the issue wasn't fixed. There are still things in my home that haven't been fixed since I moved in October 2013. I will probably not renew my lease I would rather take my money elsewhere where I'll be appreciated as a renter.
Jamestown/Williston managerial staff is unprofessional in that they lack a great deal of customer service skills. They have a high turnover rate of staff which creates an issue within the tenant and management relationship. There is huge issue with communication between the corporate office and the property manager office. Good tenant are treated as if they do not matter and that their good business is not welcomed. The zone schools are terrible and are all below standard. They all have options to be transferred out under Title 1. The town homes in both Jamestown and Williston have issue with rodents and mold. How to I know because I am one of those tenants and I set in court with other tenants who expressed the same concern. Jamestown has a big issue with drugs. When you think of place to raise your children think twice; they ain’t nice. LOL corny but TRUE
