They may want to consider changing their business hours. I arrive 5 minutes before their closing time and was there until 10 minutes after they had closed. I seemed to be causing the man behind the counter immense distress. He was huffing and puffing and making comments under his breath about how annoyed he was. Awful customer service at its best! I will be taking my mail to Fella Point in the future.

I would just like to say that Mrs. V who delivers for Oriole Avenue Baltimore, MD 21224 is by far the best courier that I have EVER had the pleasure of meeting. Not only is she efficient but she makes you feel like you important. She goes out of her way to bring a smile to our faces with each delivery. My Bulldogs who are very well loved receive packages on a regular basis & she always goes above & beyond to make sure I receive them because she knows how happy the gifts make my dogs. I have NEVER experienced this type of care from a courier and it is because of her that I once again have faith in the postal system. I refuse to use any online services as long as Mrs. V will be delivering my mail on Oriole Avenue. 2 Thumbs up, 5 stars.....THIS WOMAN DESERVES A RAISE :-)
