Crisis Beds: Increasing the productivity of individuals with mental illness or disabled individuals to live a full abundant life. Real Care Providers Network has equipped a setting for individuals with challenging needs, allowing building of self-sufficiency, growth, and personal goals. Building a foundation, community, and structure, which gives the sufficient support, allowing character building, goal establishing, and progressing forward. We accept emergency cases such as eviction, referral from nursing homes, and homelessness. Outreach: The Real Care Providers Network gathered at the encampment site today during the eviction of individuals that have been residing under the Jones Falls expressway. We gathered information from the homeless to allow them to be able to use The Real Care Providers as a resource for housing as opposed to shelters. So of those very same individuals came into our home office requesting help for housing.
