Before going with The Baltimore Fence Company., I contacted 3-4 other companies and had bad experiences with them. Right away, the owner and the team were very helpful, provided excellent customer service and supported me through the process. I have never bought a fence before and all of my concerns, questions were addressed. During the estimate, he provided me with a folder with pamphlets and everything was very organized. There were two places that were a little cheaper, but they were not organized and didn't seem like they had their act together. I am glad I chose the right company!! The installers were very good and helpful. They made me a beautiful fence and I am so glad that this was a very positive, as well as high quality experience. Thank you Bakersfield Fence Company!! Overall, we were pleased with Baltimore Fence Company. The workers were extremely respectful of our and our neighbors' lawns. They cleaned up any debris immediately and also washed our entire fence at the end of the install. Tim, who came out initially for our quote, was phenomenal. The problems we had were: 1.) the paperwork being wrong when submitting to the hoa by this company. We had to rush to resubmit the paperwork correctly and we almost had to wait an entire month for the next hoa meeting. 2.) There was bad communication between the team on our down payment money and which style of fence we were going with. Other than that, we would recommend this company to others.
