I have had a storage unit for about a year now and I have been grateful that they are so helpful, informative and personable. I have had some financial problems and have had some trouble paying. The on-site manager Rachel M. has gone above and beyond to help me and work with me by offering discounts and promotions. They have also been very patient. They are always friendly and informative. The facility is kept clean and organized. They stay on top of details so there has never been any problem accessing my storage unit. I'm grateful for their willingness to show me excellent customer service
