        Overall

        I had been a client of Alpi for over 2 years. I always went in for a hair cut and highlights totaling $185.00. In general I had been happy with the service.

        The last time I went in I got the worst service. I went for highlights and cut.

        I felt Alpi was rushed and didn't have the time to give me the quality of service and care. My hair was bleached. I got a quicky cut and half way blow dry.

        When I got home and my hair was completely dried it become brittle and coarse. The supposed "highlights" were orange and brass. Over the next few days I treated my hair with coconut oil to restore it. I went back a week later and another lady "very sweet" tried to put low-lights in my hair and make me look somewhat normal and professional.



        As I was leaving, Alpi's son wanted to charge me $40.00 for the drying/styling. I felt I didn't have to pay since I had already put out about $200.00 (this included tips) and this second visit was an attempt to fix what went wrong during my first visit. BTW my hair wasn't all the way dried and styled the first time.

        His son told me if he didn't charge me the $40.00, he would have to pay the salon out of his pocket. I told him no and eventually I didn't pay for the blow dry. I just paid a tip.

        I went home and the next morning again, my hair was completely brittle and coarse. I also noticed that the cut and layering of the hair was not well done.



        I am not happy at all with how my hair has turned out. It is coarse, the highlights are not looking good, and the layers are not well done.

        I am very disappointed with the bad hair hut/color/highlights/blowdry/styling or lack of that I received. I am also hurt because I felt I was treated like a "third class" customer by Alpi the last couple of times. I felt he was just trying to rush me through and get me out. I felt degraded.

        I didn't appreciate the cheap conduct by his son either to try to charge me for the hair drying and say that he had to pay the salon if I didn't. How cheap.

        For $200.00 I not only expect excellence in terms of the haircut/highlights, but I also expect a level of etiquette and class. The last two times I didn't get either one

        I got a hair cut and high ligh...

        I got a hair cut and high lights from Alpi. He did a really good job.

        I highly recommend this salon.
