Numotion

We are on are second wheelchair with this company and it has been a constant customer service struggle. The office staff does not return calls and when they do their customer service is poor. The products take forever to be delivered and given they are for special need children they are not even close to being durable. The measurements that are taken have been completely off. I have found that the Salisbury technicians are much more qualified than the Baltimore and much more willing to work to get things right for your child. But if there is another Children's company out there I would gladly deal with them as opposed to Numotion.

If I could give them less than one I would. Trying to get repairs done after you purchase equipment is difficult. They blame delays on everyone but themselves and you need to hound them to follow through. We did not choose this company, the hospital chose it to order a complex power chair for my son. Find someone else if you can. Once you order a chair, it is difficult to find someone else to repair them because of poor reimbursement for repairs.

Terrible company! They are extremely slow on ordering my wheelchair and then blame insurance and doctor's offices. Guess they don't think that I would follow up with both! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR A WHEELCHAIR
