        Overall

        NEVER have had to wait this long, anywhere. Not even for a table at a restaurant! My Fiancé's appointment was for 9am, we are STILL sitting on the waiting room, and it's 9:55am!!!! This is ridiculous. This is our first visit here, but I have a feeling it's our last. This is AWFUL customer service! People go into work late after Dr's appt's, they don't have ALL day to be sitting in a waiting room! No one has even come out to say ANYTHING about running behind, or sorry for the wait time, etc. The check-in lady was rude, when i aaked for a pen. She said, in a snide tone "It's attached to the board!" This is a poorly run facility, stay away from here if you can. (Since the office itself is poorly run, I guarantee NO ONE will email me back or say ANYTHING to me regarding this post.
