The indoor pool was nice to have as well as the fitness center. Also, you can walk into the greyhound bus terminal and there is a gift shop with plenty of snacks, etc. There is also a Sbarros Pizza, KFC, A&W rootbeer stand. The free breakfast was plentiful, including eggs, sausage, bagels, Make-Your-Own Waffle Station. It was nice to have all that available.

Your shuttle to and from Johns Hopkins Hospital was the reason we preferred to stay with BW and it was GREAT!! Thank you! ! ! When a person is away from home in strange environment, it's very reassuring to know ""someone"" will pick up and deliver - again, thank you!!

I stayed for a little over a week because my husband was having surgery at Johns Hopkins. Everyone at the hotel was so very nice to me and helpful. When my husband came out of the hospital he was in a lot of pain and the shuttle driver, Kevin, went out of his way to drive very slow over every bump and called ahead to the hotel to have a wheelchair waiting to help him get to his room. That was so kind of him and above the call of duty! Thank you so much for the help everyone gave to me and my husband in a tough time in our lives.

We were very pleased with our stay at your hotel, especially the kindness and courtesy of your staff. We chose the hotel because it was recommended by John Hopkins University Hospital for patients and their families. Your staff was extremely kinda and considerate - and even offered a discount on food when they learned I was a patient at the hospital. We were also given a room on a special floor set aside for patients. Thank you so much. Regrettable, I don't know their names. However, the front desk staff members were all quite helpful, as well as the waitresses in the dining room. Please extend our thanks to all.

The staffer who was working the desk at 11:45 am on Thursday, September 23rd, when I checked in was particularly helpful. (I think that his hame was Antoine,) I arrived even earlier than the early check in time booked (12:00). He had the room ready within a few minutes, and went out of his way to be helpful and supportive. (I had eye surgery early that morning and was still ""patched up."") He did everything possible to expedite a postive experience. You are fortunate to have such an outstanding employee. I hope that he is recognized for his excellent representation of the Best Western name.

I'd like to thank the house keeping staff for the prompt return of my wallet which I left in the room. Most importantly I would like to thank Best Western for offering a military discount, this is in my opinion the best way to encourage return visits.

I was extremely satisfied with all aspects of my stay. The Best Western was recommended by the Johns Hopkins administrative staff, as being a good option for an overnight stay. They also recommended the Holiday Inn, which was even closer. I called them first, but received no answer after several tries. When they finally answered the phone, they put me on hold for over 10 minutes, at which point I decided that I would not stay in such a poorly managed facility, no matter what. Lucky me. I then called Best Western, where the phone was promptly answered by a professional and very helpful staffer who was able to arrange an early check in following my surgery. The shuttle was an extra bonus, not only for me, but for my friend - who took a harbor tour while I slept. All in all, a great experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
